We offer our clients bridge loans, or convertible asset backed pre-IPO financing that can be used to bridge the gap between wanting to be public and actually being public.

A Pre-IPO Bridge Loan raise is structured as debt convertible into common equity. Once public, the loan can be repaid in equity priced at a higher multiple, a cost advantage to the Company.

Funding size is typically between 300k and 2m US$ and is commonly used in part to pay for the costs associated with going public and for working capital.
